Our process: Crafting legacies, step by step
At Northern Legacy Bureau, we believe in a collaborative journey. Our process is designed to ensure your story is not just told, but deeply understood and beautifully translated into a lasting legacy. We want you to feel confident and excited about the journey ahead – ready to talk and bring your vision to life.

Phase 1 — Initial consultation
We begin by learning your story, values, and purpose. This conversation sets the foundation for the entire project. We'll review your intake form, clarify your goals and expectations, identify symbolic themes, and confirm the project scope. We'll ask you to provide background information and share any references or meaningful details.

Phase 2 — Discovery & interpretation
We interpret your story into symbolic direction, tone, and visual themes. This includes researching symbolism, establishing visual direction, identifying key elements and drafting thematic notes. We'll ask you to approve the direction or request adjustments to make sure it is what you envisioned.

Phase 3 — Concept development
Early concepts are crafted — the first visual or narrative expressions of your identity. This includes creating emblem or crest concepts, drafting a motto or narrative (if applicable), and preparing an initial presentation. We'll ask you to review the concepts and select your preferred direction.
